From AI recommendations to products, visits and sales.
Understand how AI recommends your products, what happens when visitors arrive, and which improvements deserve your next investment.
Start with your catalog
The answer before the visit
Shoppers ask AI assistants what to buy, and the answer names products: yours, a competitor's, or your own product sold by another store. Store analytics show the visit that follows, not the answer behind it, and they do not tell you which product to fix first.
One workflow, product by product
- Audit: see how AI assistants read your catalog and your store.
- Product visibility: Arbling turns your catalog into the questions your buyers ask and records which products, variants and sellers AI assistants show for each one, next to the competitors in the same answers.
- AI visits: AI-referred shoppers, shopping agents and crawlers are counted apart, with the product page each one reached and what it did there.
- Orders: visits are followed to cart, checkout and the order, and every linked order names the method behind the link.
- Patterns: Arbling compares each product's AI visibility with its real visits and orders, and shows where they part ways.
- Fixes: the product facts behind each gap are fixed in your catalog. You preview every change and publish it when you confirm.
- Follow-up: the same buyer questions are asked again after the fix, so before and after are compared on the same terms.
What it tells you
- AI shows the product, another store gets the saleCheck your own offer: price, stock and the feeds AI assistants read.
- AI sends visitors, few of them buySee where they stop: the product page, the cart or the checkout.
- A bestseller AI rarely mentionsFind the buyer questions it should answer and the facts that are missing.
- AI gets a product's facts wrongFix the material, size or variant in your catalog, then ask the same questions again.
For agencies
Run the same workflow for every client you manage: a baseline, prioritized fixes, a record of what was implemented and a follow-up the client can read. Reports name strong products as well as weak ones. More on the agency page.
How each link is measured
- AI answers are collected for a declared set of buyer questions, assistants, markets and dates, and every product is matched to its own family, variant and seller.
- Crawler and agent requests are never counted as shoppers or as orders.
- An order is linked to a visit through recorded identifiers, never by matching a product and a time.
- Where a link has no data yet, the report says so instead of showing zero.
Plans
Product Visibility in AI is part of the Arbling suite. You choose the products to follow from the catalog you connect, and Enterprise covers agencies managing multiple clients.
